Silly Its Me Shipping & Return Policy

Flat shipping rate $4.99, FREE for purchases over 39.99.

Package Protection* is offered for every order. The system will automatically calculate the insurance cost based on the items ordered and the shipping region. Pease check the tracking on your order before contacting us about a missing package.

Package Protection covers lost or damaged packages. If you choose to not use Package Protection to ensure your order, Silly Its Me is not responsible for any lost or damaged products. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of these items.

If you have Package Protection, please note claim deadlines below for lost of damaged packages.

-Lost-10 days from the last tracking update. Package Protection requires customers to wait 10 days before filing a claim as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivery.

-Damaged-within 3 days of when package was marked as delivered. Please make sure you contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged at: sharon@sillyitsme.com.

Fulfillment we fill orders in 2-3 business days in the order in which they were received. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. extended time may be required for orders requiring additional customer information or orders placed during peak promotional times or during holidays.

Carrier Pick-Up Your order gets picked up the next business day the carrier (USPS) and gets scanned at the facility by the end of the day.

Delivery The carrier transports and delivers your order. Please understand that for USPS, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not guaranteed. If your order is later than expected, please check the tracking number that was sent to you by email after you placed your order to see the last place that your order was scanned.

Returned Orders if an order is returned to us due to insufficient address, mail is unclaimed, addressee is unknown, moved or deceased or refused by the addressee, we will issue a refund only after the package has been returned to us. The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less the shipping and package protection insurance and a 15% restocking fee. If you request to have the item re-shipped to a different address, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
